There is also a provision to give 75% concession in second class and sleeper fares to the wives of soldiers martyred in the Kargil war.

Families of Indian martyrs are given concessions while traveling in flights. While in railways only the wives of martyrs are given concessions in fares, in flights this concession is given to the entire family of the martyrs.
